"Love, love, loved our stay here what a hotel. Beautiful palace with sympathetically added bedrooms. Spacious, luxurious rooms, again with fantastic views. Wonderful views for the pool and bar area-stunning.Do wander into the town and around the beautiful gardens. Friendly, helpful staff-booked us a taxi for early airport run, with a breakfast bag. Even went to the trouble of prepping us coffees at 5am. We felt thoroughly spoilt."

"Staff were helpful and friendly. Had excellent free breakfast! The hotel is close to everything. We walked all over. The only negative was that is the rooms looked dirty but I think that was due to the age of the hotel. Don’t let that deter you. "

"The hotel was excellent, however the only reason I have given it 4stars not 5 is the staff across the 4days could have been more energetic and smiling. The service was not bad it was very efficient but it was functional not warming."
