Room kinda narrow. Shower was large. Beds comfortable.

Clean modern hotel, friendly staff. A bit noisy due to work crews staying at the hotel. After 2 nights had to ask for clean towels and tissues. Would be nice if they would freshen up the room more often

Room wasn’t clean, hairs in bathroom, pink mold on shower floor. Breakfast was very poor- no yogurt, no fresh milk choices, no fruit (old bananas and apples from the previous day) Hotel staff was non responsive about breakfast options- just that they “were out of a lot” TRU is normally my quick go to- but not in FarmVille, Va - stay elsewhere

Overall the property was great. Well maintained and clean. There were a couple of things that could have been better. Although the English breakfast was very nice the staff took way too long on replenishing certain items like eggs. When they did they were cold.The 24 hour coffee tea service was very nice. My biggest issue I had was the noise level from the hallways at 6 am. The walls were not insulated on the interior. I would stay there again. Great value for the money.

This is about the 5th or 6th time staying at this Tru in FarmVille Va. Half the time we get the same woman checking us in. She is rude and not helpful at all. When the other people that work there apologize for her behavior!!!

Convenient. It was close to my friend’s residence. The check-in experience was not good. I tried to check in around 3:10. The staff named Angela took my ID, not friendly, looked me up and told me I can’t check in because there are two weddings and my room is not ready. No room in this box to explain what transpired. I was told to wait..waited for an hour and finally asked if the room was ready from another staff. I was hoping someone will let me know once a room is ready. I wish this hotel is as good as the one in Baton Rouge, LA. The place was awesome! They gave out a bag with bottled water and a small bag of Cheezit to each guest, daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful….reason why I chose to stay at this hotel. I think I’ll really think hard before I consider staying at another Tru Hotel again!!!!!
