Receptionist should recognize that "Carroll" (2 r's, 2 l's) is ordinarily a man's name, although uncommon.
The salsa on the breakfast bar was outstanding.

When I got here on time to check in their system was down. They didn’t offer to let me stay longer the next day to make up for it either. In reality I want a refund because I couldn’t even stay the amount of time I paid for.

Bathroom had hair and didn’t look like it was cleaned properly, breakfast didn’t have any meats available and there was people outside drinking in the parking lot.
