only thing my reservation that i recieved for a room on parking level, was given to some both else and i had to stay on the second floor. i went back looked at the email i had for the room and it said parking level. the room we had was nice.

Hello Gregory, There appears to may be some confusion with the nomenclature used in this instance. We do not advertise "parking level rooms" across any of our listing, but e do advertise "parking view". We're always happy to accommodate specific wishes or desires, especially if those needs are available upon request. The curtains were ripped and our toilet was broken, maintenance did come fix the toilet, (eventually) . Staff was pleasant but I was slightly bothered by them sitting outside the front door smoking rather often,

The staff is suoer nice. The entire facility was clean. Our room and bathroom was whute glove clean. We will stay here every time we visit. Breakfast was very good.
