I did not appreciate not being informed of a different entrance. We didn't arrive until 9:30 making the entrance difficult to find. Poorly signed and lit.

It was under and was set up poorly. will never stay again!!!!

Booked Nov 9 to 11 along with friends for long weekend get away Arrived to a hotel that is under renovations and entire lobby and breakfast area nonexistent. We were on the 3 rd floor and was told the elevator not working and if we still want to stay? We arrived at 5 and missed the window to cancel without penalty and had no other reservations elsewhere so we stayed . No hot tub .. still not fixed .. no elevator.. but no hot breakfast .. substandard the first day ..cereal bars..frozen breakfast sandwiches and frozen waffles .. all require microwaving or toasting 2 keurigs and make own coffee . Today was pathetic.. there was no cream and ran out of cups . We emailed customer service ..provided by the front desk … and still no response .. as the price we paid is for full amenities . The price should be readjusted .. Sleep inn did not deliver. There is no mention of Reno’s or no hot breakfast no hot tub on websites . Disappointing. Do not stay here .

Room was clean; location was great; only drawback was that property was undergoing renovations so the dining area was closed, meaning breakfast was in the lobby for takeout to our rooms. At no point was it indicated on the Expedia booking process that Hotel was currently undergoing renovations - this information would have been appreciated.

The check-in process was simple. The lobby was very small and they were remodeling which made it even more small. I wish there would have been some notification before booking this hotel - I probably would have booked else where. The room was clean and quiet though.

The property was fine, except that there is remodeling going on. The breakfast was very poor. The location for the breakfast was in the small lobby where you check in. I would hope that with their remodeling, that there will be a better area for the breakfast.
