Dirty loud, pool was dirty halls so loud

We are sorry to see your stay did not go as well as it should have. We'll review your feedback with our staff to ensure the cleanliness of the pool area is being properly attended to as well as having our security keeping a better eye on hallway noise in some of the higher-traffic areas at night. Absolutely no complaints about the hotel. It was perfect for the time we stayed and what we needed. Highly recommended.

I believe I should get some money back. We had no hot water the whole stay in our room.,Expedia need to refund me some money

We apologize that your stay did not go as well as it should have. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention early on during your time with us so we could look into this right away. Our head of maintenance who was here at the time informed us he did not find any issues with the hot water in your rooms or the central boiler, but we'll continue to monitor this to ensure other guests are not running into this same issue. We want you to know this experience was the exception, not the norm, and hope we may see you again!

Motel was great! Clean and comfortable! Also the pool was great for my kids, they had a blast on the pirate ship!!!
