Customer service and house keeping and hospitality was good. Breakfast options covered all the basics and dining area was always clean. Annoying was the loud upstairs guest dining, jumping and bouncing til late hours of the night.

I would not recommend for family travel. It’s not clean and noisy.

You get what you pay for. Our bathroom shower did not drain and the sink faucet was leaking the smell of the room was funky. We just needed a one night stay but definitely won’t be back.
