"Veronica was an amazing host, she sat me down and showed me on a map everything I needed to see in my 2.5 days in Porto. The apartment had great amenities including fridge, stove top, iron, and a great shower. There was complimentary wine and espresso which you don’t realize how great it is until you have it. I can’t believe the price to stay in this place. Amazing. "

"We loved our stay at Condes de Azevedo Palace. The staff were amazing, the building quite interesting and the apartment perfect for our needs. The location was also very good for our needs. Very central, easy walking or train to anywhere we needed to go. Also close enough to the river. Just overall a great experience. We can't wait to go back."

"Nice helpful welcome experience, but did not see anyone at the desk again for 2 days until the day I left. Still, nice room, great location, and I would stay here again. Decent price."

"Arrived when Guestify office open so checked in with a person. I did see a lock box next to our apartment so I would guess check in easy even after hours. Staff very helpful and had great info on Porto on our arrival. The only problem was we had booked and had confirmed a specific apartment through Hotels.com but we were moved to a different apartment at the front of the building so could be a bit noisy. Great location for transportation, shopping and restaurants. A short walk from Bolhao...

"Excellent apartment 2 minutes from the historic harbour. Great location. Room had all we needed to make snacks and store water and wine in the fridge. Handy to have dishwasher, too. Staff were very helpful and I would highly recommend these apartments."

"The location is excellent for sight seeing as the property is very near the Don Louis bridge. The access is via a lot of steps. Quite difficult to find but we were met at the Cathedral and shown the way. I would recommend booking the taxi through the owners as it is cheaper than the airport taxis and they know where to drop you. The apartment is small but well designed and equipped. Our one complaint was that the television did not work and no one came to fix it. "

"Excellent position very central for everything There are are couple of negatives and it’s in the rooms The tv is suspended from the ceiling on a pole and you have to duck when going to the bathroom so in the middle of the night it could be dangerous Also no sockets except by the bed making make up hard as also no mirror by the desk or socket These could be rectified simply The staff were excellent Luis helped a lot Excellent service also from the rest of the staff"

"It is located slightly outside city centre and you will have to walk uphill as it’s right on the river. But a small price to pay for the amazing hotel. And on a positive note it’s right by the bridge to Gaia. Rooms were amazing and clean, staff was so so friendly and front desk was exceptionally accommodating. I would recommend to anyone I know visiting Porto "
