We were in room 109 was 10:40 am before check out they gave another person a key to our room And we tried to speak with them and they didn’t understand how that could be a problem we could have lost everything This was a horrible experience

Pieces of glass on the floor and I have a 8 week old puppy that almost ate one of them. That could have hurt her if she swallowed it. Shame on them. Also a back to an earring was on the floor. Won’t stay there again.

Not much too like. Old and not well maintained. Had to ask repeatedly for toilet paper and to get the trash emptied. Did not get fresh linens the entire stay. Won’t be staying there again.

The person who greeted us was very friendly and sooo nice. The front desk area was so clean and smelled really good. I've been to plenty of Motel 6 's that I told myself I would never stay at one again. I am so glad I tried one one more time. This one in Fancy Gap Virginia I most certainly would stay again. The only one down side are the pillows need to be replaced they are very flat and absolutely not comfortable

The staff were very accommodating. I accidentally booked the wrong day. They did not charge my card for the missed reservation and were able to provide a room at the same price when I arrived the next day.
