"Have stayed at Santa Barbara many times. The staff are excellent, the location is excellent, pool excellent, sunbed booking arrangement stops unnecessary “bed wars”, the accommodation can vary only depending on the room location, not always the view you would love. This occasion we had a fab room, always loads of space very clean. "

"It was safe it was quiet and with the small Supermarket across the road (not LIDL) it was perfect for groceries. The pool area was well kept and surrounding area kept very clean. The only negative was the noise by the workman erecting a new boundary fence on the first floor above the pool area. Overall I will be back."

"This resort is in a quiet location apart from the airplanes that pass over it. Staff are friendly and welcoming wanting to engage in conversation with you. "Despite the large size of the property, the grounds were clean and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our room (489) was excellent and we would request it in the future. Dining was everything promised. The seafood was excellent. Sea salt-encrusted sea bass is a MUST! We had a minor issue that one of the property managers, Manuel more than addressed. He promptly corrected the matter and extended a beautiful, private seating with the sunset in the background with champagne and rose pedals all around us. Great property and great location. We will be coming back to Ritz, Abama. "
