Customer Service was very basic. Not the customer service I'm used to at a resort. The room was not cleaned properly, I found a headband behind the toilet and a weed grinder in one of the drawers.

Food was horrible! Requested two items that never came and ordered room service which arrived 4 1/2 hours later. Entertainment was mediocre and the hotel is largely understaffed. There is no way to give this hotel a -5 rating but you get the idea. Definitely not worth the price.
