EVERYTHING WAS GREAT EXCEPT FOR THE CHECKING IN PROCESS. I RECOMEND WHEN YOU SEE A LONG GUESS LINES BRING ADDITION STAFF TO EXPEDITE THE PROCESS.

I like the meat options at the buffet. I would have like more fruit options, fruits is the reason we came to the Caribbean. I think the desert options are good but the pieces were too big , smaller cuts would have been nice, so people can try more than one and avoid wastage .. the beach and pool was amazing. Overall apart from the food our stay was memorable.

Cheap Alcohol unless you pay for the Diamond Club. For the price I spent to stay at the property I would have never imagined that name brand alcohol would not be included. Also did not know if you book the Blue Waters side you can not go to the Hideaway side. Activities were very limited. Definitely would not return. Prefer the RIU Palace

The property layout is great. Its not a huge resort so easy to get around. No shuttle required onsite. The staff is kind of friendly but that is expected of Jamaica being on “island time” all year round lol. The steak house is to be avoided. We waited for 1.5 hours for food to arrive and just ended up leaving to go to the buffet. The night entertainment was amazing with lots of dancer performers and acrobats for Sat and Sun night.

The rooms do need a little maintenance especially the toilet paper holders in both of my rooms were loose. Also maintenance was response time lacked when I had a leak in room 3112 I believe when I stayed another night.

The property is ok. I have never experienced, where a room choice is not a guarantee. I am traveling with children and requested a double bed room, and a king room. I was given 2 king rooms, I was not advised of this until after I paid for my rooms. Then was told, it would be a cancellation fee, of 1 night, if I cancelled, which is $600. The next day, I was told I would be moved to a double for the next 4 days I had booked. This time I was literally lied to, by the front desk clerk. I advised the clerk, that I would move to a nearby resort if I was still unable to get a double room. I was assured that I would be as soon as I paid for the other 4 night. I was told a bellman, would be coming up to move , he never showed. I went back to the front desk, and was told there was never any double rooms available at any time during the day. I spoke to Amy and everyone available to no avail. My daughter was forced to sleep, basically on the floor, because there is also no double sofa bed, it is a single chair, and the cushions flip over to give it more length. Who wouldn’t be upset about paying $200 a night for a child, and then she has to sleep on a cushion, on the floor. Mind you, this resort is not fully booked, but, it seems the diamond club members, and the Marriott convoy customers are the ones they cater to. I would advise everyone to book somewhere else, where simple king or double room, is not a special request, and a double sofa bed, is a loveseat.
