The resort was great, not huge and exhaust you from walking around to places. I loved the outdoors Chicken Hut grill by the pool area, they served Jerk chicken so delicious. The beach was in front of the property , there was chairs & umbrellas already there. It was clear, clean water, and nice soft sand. The dinning options was ok, but i likd eating at the buffet the most, more options and variety of food than the restaurants, which you have to reserve in advance. The room was nice and clean, however there was a tear& wear that needed updates, like the shower door, shower head, the sink, bathroom door, and the balcony.

Royalton blue water is my best vacation so far , the staff are welcoming and supportive, I enjoyed my stay at this resort, I would recommend,, thank you Royalton blue water

Staying at the resort was a pleasant stay. The staff was extremely caring nice over-the-top outstanding customer service. The food was good. The buffet style was delicious. Unfortunately the hibachi restaurant was not available. Everything about our stay was beautiful. The beach was amazing. We only had one con which was the power outage during one of the days. Eventually, the power came back on, but it was completely dark throughout the whole resort otherwise I highly suggest and recommend this resort.

Property was generally in disrepair and staff not friendly. Several items missing with respect to food on menu's and food quality was poor.

The positive the resort was close to airport maybe 35-40 min. The negative, I picked the place because of the water slides for my son. Staff didn’t not open on time as signs posted of 9a. They finally got around to it a 945-10a and only opened two of the four slides due to no life guard staff. I normally wouldn’t type a review but spend good money for subpar service. When questioned if they planned on opening the other slides they said it was broke. However, it was working perfectly fine the day before when they closed. Food was decent and weather was perfect. Still a good getaway just lesson learned!!

The Royalton is outstanding. The customer service is excellent. They make you feel like friends. They go out of their way to please you and to ensure a wonderful stay. Yolanda at the front desk was wonderful. Mr Christie the Manager was excellent. So was the staff the the seafood restaurant. We highly recommend this property.
