The staff were very friendly and helpful, the setting was beautiful. The hotel was a bit dated and the room got very warm at night. The shower in room 10 was great. More sockets for charging were needed as there was only one, it would have been very difficult if I had been with my husband. The breakfast was lovely and they cooked what you wanted. It was a great location for me as my daughter was graduating from the university and it was only 10 minutes up the road. I only stayed 1 night but would loved to have spent another couple of nights.

The customer service was a disappointment. Only few staff members who were in the dining area and the receptionist were polite but the hotel manager and the owners of the hotel were extremely rude to the customers.

To the contrary, we act professionally and courteously with all of our visitors and felt that we did all that we could to assist you during your stay.
We were disappointed that despite contracting the Covid virus during your trip, you chose not to mention it to staff members until several of our Housekeeping team became absent as a consequence of catching the virus.
When we discussed this politely, we were pleased that you understood our concerns and acted with caution thereafter, for which we were most grateful.
