We have been vacationing in Falmouth for many years, but this was the first time that we stayed at the Beach Breeze Inn. We had an excellent stay. Welcoming staff, beautiful beach-style interior decor, spacious outdoor porch, cozy fire pit area with s’moores for the kids every night. The Inn is a 2 mins walk from the town’s beach, less than 20 mins walk from the center of Falmouth with restaurants, bakery, shopping. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent accommodations at the Beach Breeze Inn. The room was spacious and inviting. The rest of the house was beautiful. I especially loved the large front porch and yard. I will be back.

No breakfast
Even muffins, bagels, cereal would help
Pool area needs fence painted
Asked for a copy of my credit card even though I had paid full non refundable already

We are sorry our Inn did not live up to your expectations. I might suggest, if you are looking for food in the morning, perhaps you should stay at a Bed and Breakfast. You did stay in a room with kitchenette, microwave and fridge, had you brought food with you.We asked for your credit card at check in for the remaining 50% balance due, as we do with all our guests.I am sorry you did not feel our through wall air conditioner was modern enough. In fact, it is only two years old but not central, which is I am sure what you are referring to. Next time I would suggest reaching out to the property to ask those type of questions and make your booking decision based on facts. You could also book directly and save the heavy commission you paid through the third party online OTA. Thanks for staying with us. We wish you a wonderful remainder of the Summer.
