Excellent service and room! A few nit-picky points from out visit:
-Hot water took as long as 10 minutes to get hot- but it did get hot. We found out that the system was having emergency repairs the second day. It presented no issues for us other than having to wait 10 minutes for hot water.
-The pool and hot tub were CLOSED during our stay, not a deal breaker, but it would have been nice to enjoy a relaxing dip. We did not find out about the closure until the day before our trip.
Other than that- a very nice, clean, comfortable room with a spectacular view of Niagra Falls. It was nice to come back to it after a day of sightseeing. Our dinner at Milestones was solid- good food, great service. The hotel is located within walking distance to the Railway Incline, so keep the car at the hotel and go for a nice walk to all of the attractions. We would stay there again- thank you for a nice visit!

Everything is pretty good. Did not like the front desk staff. They were more interested staying in the back office and were not friendly. Bellman was great. Restaurant staff was great too.
