Everything was fine but really disappointed with parking charges, too costly.

I wish they had more essentials as toothpaste, makeup wipes, and lotion for last minute stays. Other than that they stay was good and check in was easy!

We do provide a toothpaste and toothbrushes when the guest requests by dialing 0 to the Front Desk. However, we do not provide any make-up removal wipes to avoid any allergy reaction. This hotel located in a nice area but it so dirty, everywhere smell bad, room so dirty. I didn’t get shower as it was so dirty and the towels looked so old I scared even touch them. The parking is $30 | night but outside was a sign $10. Won’t come back again

We always encourage our guests to inform us of any concerns while on the property, as this allows us to make timely adjustments and resolve any problems quickly. Unfortunately, every hotel in Niagara Falls is charging for the parking and we are very transparent with the fees on our official booking websites.
