The view from our 41st floor room was spectacular. The parking price was outrageous and the beautiful infinity pool with spectacular view was ice cold. No one used it.

We found cheaper rates after booking, and the hotel did not price match. The jetted tub was not clean and the shower door was not closing properly so the water was leaking. The hotel has great food options and Brasa is worth it!

I like that property upgraded my room to convenient 2 bed as I made a change to my reservation from 2 adults to 2 adults and 2 kids a month before. after arriving we were happy to see our room with 2 beds, sofa and huge bathroom on 26 floor. Restaurants were good and tasty specially Watermark, best restaurant I’ve ever been with nice atmosphere and outstanding view. What’s more important that Corso restaurant and Watermark had gluten free food as we had celiac disease person with us. Thank you all. Special thank you to parking team and Vasyl for helping us to find our mittens and explaining about parking tickets. Strongly recommend and appreciate everything.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 10 times over the years. My recent visit, December 6-7, was a very disappointing experience. Upon checking in we were told we couldn't park onsite. We were told we needed to park 3 blocks away. When we arrived we had to stand in the freezing cold weather and wait 15min for a shuttle. Once we got to our room television didn't work. When we used the shower the shampoo and bodywash containers were empty. The chair in our room was badly stained all over the cushion. I can't express my disappointment and dissatisfaction enough. My husband and I looked forward to our trip. We have stayed at this hotel as well as other Hilton's and have never had so many issues, We have gone from faithful Hilton customers to now looking elsewhere.

We always enjoy our stay here as a family of four! Our kids love the pool (there’s a great kiddie pool and hot tub on the lower level, and adult area on the upper level). The view is amazing and we love the fireworks show in the evening. The staff is very friendly and we will be back!
