Our room was clean but the heater was not working under negative 1 and snowing. No one was in the property to help us fix the issue. No one answers nor return the calls we made. Zero customer service.

Fantastic lodge style accommodation. Excellent facilities kept in good, clean, working condition. My only gripe is that I can't book a room for the white season!

Contactless check in and check out, property and rooms are so clean and tidy, open the window you will face stunning mountain view, extra large bed, the spa tub is a bonus, didn’t expect there’s one in the shower room, room is small but super clean, full equipped shared kitchen clean and has everything you need, shared entertainment areas has all kinds of books/activities/tools. The property is located up the village you need to walk up the hills for 15 mins from offsite parking but the view and crisp fresh air makes no regret of such walk!

We understand that the walk is sometimes a challenge in busy periods where parking restrictions are in place. During non busy periods parking is normally available within a minute or two's walk.

Too many spiders were in the tiny room. We were alert and cautious whole night because we were staying with 2 and 3 years old children.

We're sorry that you had some challenges with Spiders in your room. We clean rooms thoroughly prior to every guest's stay, but as we are situated within a National Park we cannot always control the bugs that get into the property after they have been cleaned. We reguarly have pest control in our property, but have to be mindful of the surrounding natural habitat and the native wildlife.
Hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay nonetheless.

Lovely place to stay with beautiful views
Posted 9 Jan 2021 on HotelsWe had a lovely stay at Murmeli falls creek. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the kids loved playing ping pong and watching TV in the common areas. It was great to have access to a fully equipped kitchen an lovely getting to chat with the other guest. The room was simple and clean with a gorgeous view. Would absolutely recommend!

Nice place but noisy
Posted 28 Dec 2020 on HotelsNice place. Clean room with breathtaking mountain view. However, at night it was way too noisy with kids running around the hallway and super loud karaoke singing that goes to 10.30pm. Need to inform the staff to get the people to tone down. Otherwise a nice stay.

Hi Mohamed, Thanks for your lovely review and glad to hear you had a nice stay. Sorry to hear about the noise and we did endeavour to have the other guests tone down the noise after 10pm. Due to the nature of the building and the time of year being peak season, plus with the shared facilites for all guests, noise does travel throughout the building. We will certainly take the feedback on board and look at ways we can better improve the facility.

Great ski resort location. Good if you're a snow skier or mountain biker. A bit wasted on us as we just needed overnight accommodation.
