Lovely stay, but need to work on soundproofing
Posted 12 Aug 2019 on HotelsThe greats: Staff was friendly and welcoming! There’s complimentary shuttle from/to the ATS. The heated jet tub and pool relaxes your body after a day on the slopes. Food was good. Room was clean and warm. Located near the village.
The only bad: Soundproofing was rather bad. I could hear conversations and footsteps happening outside the room...
But overall, a very lovely stay!!

Posted 2 Jul 2019 on HotelsAmazing hotel, fantastic rooms, a little bit away from the chairlift but made up for by the transfer service. Most of the staff are amazing, management can seem a little disinterested in helping. Restaurant and bar area is brilliant. Cater well for children. Pool, spa, steam room make for the perfect end of the day.

The staff were very attentive. Stacey, Harry, and Asher, were fantastic! The restaurant had a good range of options, breakfast was great! The property was in a good location, and the transport offered back/forth was a bonus. Very happy. Will definitely be back.
