"Beautiful property. The island is fun; however at both the island & pool, don’t bother waiting for a server to get a drink - you’ll wait forever. Just walk to the bar! Don’t bother trying to reach any hotel staff by telephone! You have to actually walk to concierge or front desk. They rarely answer the phone. One night, calling the front desk, I literally let the phone ring for 14 mins. Someone picked up, then just hung up. We travel a lot and have never experienced such awful issues with trying...
