The property is in very poor condition. The washer and dryer do not work, there is a hole in the ceiling that they used foam to try to patch it. Well it rained the whole time we were there for a funeral and water was all over the bedroom floor. I almost slipped on the tiles going to the bathroom it was so much water. I tried to call the number listed in the email and there wasn’t ever an answer. The apartment is hot as the only air conditioning unit is in the bedroom and would only work on low. The hot water was never hot, Luke warm at best. The owner needs to fix broken things this little place has so much potential!

El apartamento está bien montado y seguimos trabajando.Donde en nuestra tableta indica que ofrecemos lavadora y secadora?El rotó en el techo se hizo para pasar la tubería del aire acondicionado,el agua que indicas tendré que sellar el hueco de nuevo por donde pasa la tuberia les pido disculpas.Sobre las llamadas no recibimos ninguna somos personas responsables damos servicio hace 6 años aproximados a los viajeros. LA PLATAFORMA NUESTRA INDICA QUE EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO ES EN EL DORMITORIO,GRACIAS

Wi-Fi does not work. No hot water only cold showers.

Por su calificación he podido entender que no sabe llevar instrucciones o no sabes leer.En la tableta que recibió cuando hizo la reservación está dónde prender el calentador de agua y como bregar con el wifi.Nosotros somos viajeros y leemos toda la información q nos envían.Para pedir entrar dos horas y media antes sin costo alguno si té comunicaste,no tiene valides tus reclamos pues no leistes tampoco te comunicaste,te invito a que leas nuestras reseñas gracias por tratar de hacernos daño

When we got to the property noticed there was no light in the bathroom. I contacted the owner and this person said, “there was light before you got there”. We had to use our cell phone light to go to the bathroom. Then I asked for Wi-Fi name and the person went mute. Very poor service and communication.

It was a quiet area the property was clean, stores are 11 mins aways which was really good.

Loved our stay but there is no air conditioning outside the bedrooms. It helps cool down the space if you use the fan to circle the air.
