The room was nice but the cost was a lot more than I would have liked to pay for a place to sleep. We tried to cancel one of the rooms and were told that cancellations were not allowed.

The hotel was generally fine. There were two issues I had. A) Having the room rate at $240 for the night was obscene. I get it was a busy time and had multiple events in the area. I paid to stay but will not pay again. B) Something in the room albeit sterile clean made my eyes puffy. I don’t have basic allergies.

The hotel had some electrical issues so they moved me rooms, which was totally fine. The staff you have is so kind and amazing. The only complaint I have was that there was an awful smell in the hotel and this could be from the electrical issue, but gave me the worst headache and made me throw up. However I had windows that opened and made a difference. Thank you guys for being awesome and putting me in an amazing room. Also the elevators are dirty and could use some cleaning.

I LOVED the heated pool. Everytime we stay at a hotel the pool is always freezing, not this one. It was great. Rooms were clean and quiet. Only complaint i have is the light right outside the room. The curtains didn't shut all the way so the hallway light shone in. But i just put my blanket on my face and called it good.

I liked the restaurant and bar. As a weary traveler it was nice not to have to go out. The working hot tub was a plus as well. We liked it so well we stayed there on our way home
