No TV service Was originally told maintenance would come to look at it. 4 hours later went to front desk and was told it’s been out since Friday. Possibly would be fixed by Sunday morning. Sunday it wasn’t fixed yet so bought suggested cable to go from iPhone to hdmi ($50 ) only to find out no way to adjust volume ( max only ) and connection timed out ever few minutes. So no Sunday football For the hotel brand and price point extremely dissatisfied. Towel rack by sink falling off the wall 2 towels 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths and no floor mat for a reservation for 2 adults

Not having it available as promised, along with the workaround not meeting your expectations, is truly disappointing—especially on a weekend when we understand how important it is to catch up on favorite shows or sports.Additionally, I regret that the room setup, including the towel rack and amenities, was not prepared to the standard we aim for. I expected my room to be luxury and smell good. My fridge did not have a freezer and I wasn’t pleased with my shower at ALL.

Our soap was open and used in shower, body was empty. Tried to call front desk and just rang, no answer. We stayed the night for the Akron Marathon and were awoken at 3am by loud music and yelling from the parking lot. Tried to call front desk with no answer and the yelling continued outside for at least 30 minutes. Could not fall back asleep and we were concerned. No one at front desk in morning to talk to and only had a phone number listed to check out.

Mold in bathroom. Rusted door frame in bathroom. Stain on couch that grossed us out. No breakfast. Room was crowded because of a goofy curved couch and humongous ottoman. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Needs updating and cleaning. The ceiling was leaking in the lobby- right in front of the television. The shower had mold. The toiletry bottles were empty.
