The same ice machine has been there for the last three years and it is still out of order Never has worked and it’s the only one in the whole place

Comfortable room, bed and towels. Laundry facility too busy. Dog feces on stairway was cleaned up. Friendly staff. Safe area. Light breakfast.

There was no restroom in the lobby for my grandkids to use before we were able to FINALLY get in a room. The worst was the homeless people, the other patrons at the hotel, and the stench of marijuana. I didn’t feel safe. BUT the staff , both when I checked in at 4:30 and before I left at 9:30 the following morning excelled in customer service!!
