decent for price

Posted 21 Jul 2020 on HotelsThere were a number of empty rooms but instead of spreading guests out the clustered us all at one end. Probably because the young lady at the front desk has to clean the rooms as well and it's easier for her.
Put another party in the room above me at midnight and they walked around for at least an hour.

This place smelled like mildew. No exhaust fan in the shower, actual mold on the shower curtain the staff were rude to us upon checking in. No idea why there were any good reviews on here. Honestly had no idea what I was walking into.

Posted 5 May 2020 on HotelsWe chose this hotel because it was rated “superb” on Hotels.com. We were disappointed. I give them high marks for the cleanliness of the parking lots and walkways. The shower was also top notch. On the negative side: our feet stuck to the carpet and the in-room coffee was only decaf. Some of the lamps were in need of replacing. The Regency is OK, but I don’t think most guests would rate it superb.
