Room wasn't cleaned. Hair all over the bathroom, loose pills on a shelf, sheets not changed. Moved to another room, and while it was cleaner, it still wasn't vacuumed well.
Hotel staff was often away from the front desk. Had to wait to get assistance

We will address the cleaning of rooms with our housekeeping staff and ensure rooms not yet serviced are not returned to our inventory for use.
