This place is a gem. It’s not for everyone, but we felt right at home. I did not hear any neighbors, and we had quiet and peaceful evenings for 6 nights. The breakfast was home made each morning and the hosts were an incredible help with recommendations and accommodations. Next time we are in Fairbanks, this is the place to stay!

The owners and staff are very friendly, there is breakfast from 7:30-9 if you do want breakfast(personally I sleep in too long). This is a very cozy and I would say quiet place.

While the host was extremely nice and handled the noise complaint immediately, our room was dated. Needs a coat of paint, area rugs, parts replacement, new bed comforter, pillows, towels .
The entry to the main office area was a disappointment. Cluttered, messy, no real “check in” area. We checked in at the kitchen counter.
This place could WOW you if there was some TLC given to it. We will probably not be back unless upgrades were made, unfortunately.
