Fair Oaks Farm was excellent.
While promotional information said there were EV chargers, there were none for our plugin hybrid, only for non Tesla vehicles! Quite deceptive marketing!

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The pool and outdoor area were absolutely amazing—perfect for relaxing and spending time with the kids. The restaurant connected to the hotel was spacious with delicious food and top-notch service. The atmosphere throughout the entire hotel was wonderful, and the employees were incredibly attentive, showing such warm hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—truly an ideal spot for families!

Everything about this hotel is perfect and our family used to go there every year, but this time the customer service at the front desk is was not as nice as always, in the other hand the other staff is still as kind as they always are.
Hotel, Please take care of who is at the front desk, is the first person to interact with the guest and the first impression counts.
