"Firstly it is not clear that a "standard"room has the bathroom outside but it is Expedia's fault. However, 24hr reception is not correct, had to wait 15 minutes on the phone and no one answered so had to call another property of the group to gain access. The external bathroom was very cold, the room adjacent to common area with very noisy vending machines so I did not sleep a wink. In the room no light switch near the bed, the bedside lamps present but there was no socket to use them with....

"Well what an absolute pleasure it was to stay here not only were we treated like friends I think myself and Alberto who with his wife own this beautiful house actually became just that friends. "At first, it was strange that I was informed that my reservation was canceled, and that the room was different from the room described at the time of reservation. The owner only spoke Italian. However, when I arrived at the room, it was surprisingly comfortable with all the facilities. It was smaller than expected, and we had to use a double bed for 3 people, but overall we were satisfied. The wine they make is very good and worth the trip just for that alone."
