They deleted my reservation from their system without notifying or refunding me, leaving me scrambling to find a new place to stay. also, there were cockroaches in the waiting room and the property was littered with piles of trash almost as tall as I am, and the entrance was hard to find, as it was down an alleyway. I really wish this was hyperbole, but it's not.

Super dirty. The room had a strong smell of humidity and cockroaches.
