"Comfortable rooms - huge reception hall. Lights switches labelled for each area of the room along with a master switch. MAKE UP - room indicator for the room to be serviced was a really good idea. The request for 500 Euro on check in as a deposit was a surprise and unusual from other countries. Huge selection at breakfast along with a dedicated egg station manned by the Chef. Good quiet air con. On our last night there was one ceiling light that would not switch off despite our various attempts. "

"I’ve been to Istanbul many times but this time happened to randomly book Hyatt so that our stay would be a little farther from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were blown away by the hospitality and generosity of the staff, especially the manager Gozde. She went above and beyond to make sure my fiancé & I have a pleasant stay. We loved the breakfast buffet, it exceeded our expectations. The pool, gym and VIP lounge with breathtaking views were magnificent as well. Our room view was also phenomenal. We will definitely book again. Thanks for making our stay as pleasant as it could ever be. We really appreciated the generosity especially during the timing of war. "

"Great value, I booked a family room, it was enough space, clean and great location, just two blocks from the Sophia and Blue mosques, the hotel has a Turkish bath and sauna, they will reseve the those facilities only for you, it's awesome, however, I would say the best was the service, everybody helped us, in the lobby, in the room, in the restaurant, but the best person was Farkan, he always gave us tips, and was very gentle and kind, thanks Farkan,"
