I booked 2 king studio rooms. When I checked in, the front desk person said that there was only one king studio available and that a queen bedroom was the only room option. She said that since I booked with Expedia the hotel had the right to give the king room to others. It is a first come first serve booking because I didn’t book directly with them. Really??? Expedia please explain this situation???

Very slow in checking us in. A room was not available when we tried to check in. Asked for additional pillows and never received them. Went to the front desk to check on them and no body was at the desk. After 10 minutes of waiting I gave up.

Friendly staff, very clean room. Only thing we did not like was a parking fee added.
