Better choice of inhouse dining, given location. Food was expensive for quality and choice in restaurant. Unlike most hotels in room complimentary water not supplied.

to check in took almost 30 minutes ,and when I got to the room there was no coffee just tea, I then went to the dinning area but there were no tables and no likely to be available soon. After a long day I had already wasted 30 minutes checking in , I didn't want to waste more time complaining or waiting for food , next time I will try the holiday inn up the road

Better instructions were to park would have helped , Breakfast was very disappointing , limited offer , toasting machine in the hallway rather than dining area , only egg option scrambled eggs , bacon and mushrooms cold

There are too few staff - it took 30 minutes after ordering two drinks for them to be ready. Staff did their best but there just are not enough of them

A lovely hotel, reception and conduct of staff.
The title of the rooms suggests opulence, but they are quite ordinary. There being no open-able wondoelws resukts in noise from the ventilation - on always! 😞
I liked the setting, but frustrated too!

Excellent accommodation for a trip to the University.
Friendly reception staff managed to book us a taxi at very short notice.
Plenty of taxis in and around the city, remember to book early.
