Enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean, spacious for a family of four. They can improve on bigger towels for the pool, but not a deal breaker.

This is a really cool motel with an old-mountain-town feel nestled into the side of a hill on the main highway. Our room (103) was very clean, quiet and opened onto a small deck with a nice view. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The lush, well-maintained landscaping gives the place a comfy and cozy ambiance. The included breakfast is served in the on-property restaurant and is excellent. I think they had everything anybody could want for a good breakfast. The dinner there was pretty great too!
It is only 20-30 minutes from the south entrance to Yosemite NP. If you don't have park reservations, you can go online to reserve a bus ride on Yarts (the Yosemite bus service), which picks up right near the hotel and will take you all the way into the Yosemite valley and pick you up in the evening to bring you back. The info for this is provided when you check into the hotel. Overall, this is a great place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.
