This is not a 4 star hotel. The room is in awful conditions. Bathroom broken, paint of the tub getting out. Carpets stained. So sad to see a novotel stating rhiabia a 4 star rating. I have photos that can share and will love that the hotel contacts me. This is not okz

The hotel was fine but I did not like the room. It was outdated and the bathroom tub was too high from the floor. It’s twice as tall a normal tub. I was almost fell a few times.

The property is dated, inconveniently located, no vending services, the entire laundry consists of 1 washer and 1 dryer the size that would fit in a two room apartment. The part of the breakfast that is supposed to be hot wasn’t hot on any of the 5 days I was there. I could go on but why bother. If you’re on business or leisure without transportation avoid this place. Although the service people were very nice.
