The stay itself was fine. However, I noticed a couple of insect bites that were a little ithcy in the morning. As the day went on more and more appeared and in the night it appears that I amassed for 90 (Ninety) terribly itchy and inflamed insect bites all over my body from head to foot. I have tried to contact the hotel directly as there is clearly a huge issue, but no response as yet. I am hoping that this will spark them into action.

Not good, just ok for one night.
Posted 19 Aug 2024 on HotelsCheck in machine does not work, such a headache to check in. Guy at front desk was very rude and unpleasant. Breakfast was very minimalist.

Bed bugs :(
Posted 4 Apr 2024 on HotelsWhat could have been a good experience happened to be a bad one. Please make sure you get rid of all the bed bugs and all the other tiny insects which I couldn't identify. Luckily it was a short stay on the way to Paris so I could do with a few hours of sleep (had to check the kids regularly).

Our rooms are checked every week, As we explained to you on your departure, bed bugs are carried by travellers. Even with treatment, we are unfortunately never safe from this kind of problem.We could have changed your room for you, there was an emergency button at reception, if you had explained your concern, even at night, we could have intervened. Small for 2 people
Posted 31 Jul 2023 on HotelsFor the first time I shared a room with my 11 year old grand child and was disappointed with the size of the room. Very clean but beds might as well have been one double - you couldnt separate them because they were together in a head board arrangement.

Comfy beds, great breakfast. Penty of parking , friendly staff.
Minor niggle: sink plug didnt work or soap dispenser, but a recommended hotel!

Excellent stop on the way north
