"The pools and entertainment were good. The service was slow food repetitive, drinks and outside bar disappointing, never enough staff on, Beds in the room were very uncomfortable ( hard ). Towels on sun loungers could never get a bed and bar chairs uncomfortable I received my VIP bottle of wine but no cork screw to open it with."
