The room was dated but in good condition and clean. The breakfast is a but without hot items.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
The Hostel is quite large and it has an excellent location walkable to the city centre.
Parking in a free lot outside the walls. The closest lot is about 10 minutes from the hostel.

Clean, safe and lovely
Posted 14 Apr 2024 on HotelsThe private family room was perfect for a night in Evora for our family of 4 (including a 12 and 15 yr old). We were in town to sightsee and have a comfortable, very clean and safe place to sleep. The front desk staff were sweet and welcoming. Our only complaint was that we had to let the hot water run for a good 10 minutes before it reached the shower, however, once it got going, it was perfect. The seating and view from the patio was a big, unexpected bonus. We were also able to park our rental vehicle around the corner and street parking is free after 2pm. Would return and absolutely recommend for those traveling through!

Older building. Looked great.
Facilities on the interior looked more like a former prison.
Not enough charging points in the room and individual reading lights.

Dear Boguslaw,Thank you for you feedback abou the hostel and experience. It's very important to know that you and your colleagues are not happy but it's also important to have that feedback in person (when you go in the room and when we directely hasked you during the check out... and you didnt meke it). You have reserved a hostel and we have a very complete breakfast (a machine with hot drinks), 2 different types of bread, iougurts with different flavors, homemeade cake, 5 types of cereals, 5 different options of tea, orange juice, cold milk, butter with and without salt, cheese, ham, fresh tomatoe, 3 different fruits. I know that you have asked for eggs and it was the only thing that we have said that we dont have. Before reserve, you can check on this site what do we have. The showers are a bit old, but not dirty. If you say that it was dirty...why didnt you come at reception and showed us? I would do that if I had that experience.But thank you for have written something so I can know about what is your complain and can answer it.
