Basically it is hard to think of a smoothest experience with everything you need to do and enjoy walkable in a few minutes. Incredible spa and breakfast. Rooms are maybe not 5 stars but it is largely compensated by the place in general, the spa and the incredible location"

"Great place to ski in and out of. It’s a 3min walk. You can rent your ski equipment at the base of the hotel and leave them there every night. You can then enjoy a 10min walk into town."

"I stayed in Jan and we had lot of snow - probably ~60cm everywhere which was not cleaned so it was very difficult to park on the street. In this hotel I felt isolated from the town centre and cafes and shops. The hotel is very basic and my double room was tiny, too small even for a single occupant. The hot water ran out first day we came back from skiing and I had to take a cold shower after spending the whole day on snow. If I go again to Saint Gervais, which is really beautiful and charming...
