Covenient to my location needed, very poor hot tub area, jets need repair as hot tub was just a tub of hot water. Pool was fine, hot tub a disappointment.

Bed was comparable to sleeping on the floor. If you like a super firm mattress, this is your place. Staff super friendly. Bathroom fan was grinding, very loud. Room could of been cleaner, tv screen was smeared with something, remote worked when it wanted to. Rooms need some maintenance. Pool area looked super clean. Convenient location. Price reasonable.

Late check in

When I arrived, there was a note stating that they stepped out. I waited twenty minutes. I rang the doorbell twice and called the hotel number. So we left. We came back twenty minutes later. We got a smoky-smelling room with two queen beds. I registered for a king. We did an exchange of rooms and it was better.

The reason for not answering the phone it’s been in the restroom. Other wise . I know you said that you left and came back and you still had to wait . As far as smoke people know better not to . But what can we say . Thank you for staying with us .

The hot tub was closed, the pool water was stinky, our bathroom door didnt latch and there was still garbage under the nightstand when i arrived.

Niki . We really do apologize. The hot tub went down, that’s one thing we cannot control . but we had it fixed the next day. I wish you would have said something to the front desk .we go up and down and out of our way to take care of our Guests . We will make up to you next time we see you . Thank you .

Convenient location right off the main drag. We had a nice stay. Property looked older but clean. Breakfast was minimal—cereal, yogurt and bagels etc, but nothing special. TV remote was hard to operate and quite touchy. The young woman working the front desk was friendly, efficient, and a “Jack of all trades”—a real rockstar! She did a great job!! All in all, a pleasant one night stay.
