Staff was very friendly. Toilet was dirty and room wasn’t very well stocked. No dish soap. The large burner on our stove didn’t work but the small one did so we made do. The hot tub was under construction too. Good breakfast and easy access to amenities. We got stranded during an ice storm and had to rebook for additional nights. Front desk made sure we were in the same room so we didn’t have to move all of our stuff.

I did not get the room that I booked. She downgraded my room. I reserved the room with my card and my boyfriend paid at the facility. They took the final payment from my card and also from his card for one room. Causing it to be very difficult to get the refund back from zip

Everyone here at the hotel has been very nice! Clean and convenient location, very quiet. I’d stay here again in the future.

Posted 21 Oct 2024 on HotelsThe day we checked in the desk clerk was as friendly as a rattlesnake. Made us feel absolutely unwelcome. The next morning the staff was so friendly. The indoor pool was ICE COLD! The pool room had no towels in it. Our room was not clean. There was dirt and a small shell on the bathroom floor. The kitchen staff for breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful!
