When I checked in, my bathroom and fridge was NOT CLEAN…it was late so I mentioned it to the manager the next morning asking for someone to clean my room…come back hours later STILL the same…I go back down & it’s a different desk agent & when I told him my issue, he was VERY ACCOMMODATING! His name was Andrew & he saved the weekend! Not only did he apologize but he moved me to another room and it was a SUITE!! Very spacious and clean!!! He turned my experience here from a 0 to 4. After the change in room everything was fine.
