Underfunded hotel

Hotel hosts were kind and gracious. Room had a terrible paint job, bathtub was filthy. Food was left in the refrigerator from the previous guest. Mattress cover had dark brown stain. Toilet didn’t work when we arrived but they did fix it. Leather chair was previously damaged and duck taped. Pool was closed. No breakfast available.

When we got there, there was no one at the front desk. I had to call corporate customer service to get someone to show up. Then the first room had no AC. I had to call and get someone to show up at the front desk again to switch rooms. The second room hadn’t been cleaned. Back downstairs and finally an acceptable room about 45 minutes after we arrived

Fire alarms went off 8:30 Saturday PM,had to evacuate, and someone ran down the first floor hall spraying fire extinguisher,entire hall covered in white dust.went back in room 106 and coughed all night.should not have been charged

It is not safe to stay here. Also filthy.

Filthy and unsafe. Non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Smoke alarm missing. Outside side door pried open with crowbar allowing anyone to enter. Breakfast cleaned out early and not replenished. Stains everywhere. Trash everywhere.

One night stay

Well it looked nice on the outside. There was something stuck on the wall with ants. It need some repairs the window curtains were torn and there were some places that needed paint. The shower was ok but low water pressure. The beds oh my after 12 hours of driving were the best part of the stay
