The last day we were there one of the housekeepers scolded me about putting or not putting the maid/do not disturb sign on the door.

Our room must have been recently redone bed seemed new as did the flooring. Very clean small salt water pool to enjoy

The hotel had recently got renovated and new beds/carpet/paint. But you can only do so much with that design hotel. The mattresses were new. They were venna? Big foam matress. Pillows too. Initially i laid down and they were hard. Then after a few seconds i could feel myself sinking in. The sleep was amazing compared to what i had been thru in the first 3 days of my motorcycle trip. Hotel was clean. Staff was great. The manager even brewed me a pot of coffee in the office in the morning. They go out of their way to accomodate. Good place.

Just smelled when i walked in but could've been from the smokers outside but overall a good place

The Candlewck is nestled back against a beautiful forest. The room was retro with the basic amenities. We enjoyed the jetted tub. Several restaurants and 2 convenience stores were within walking distance. The only complaint is the mattress and pillows.

Great location. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The service was wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Lots of things to do in Eureka Springs.❤️

The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. My room looked nothing like the photos and was very dated. The carpets are in need of serious shampooing. I would stay there again but I wouldn’t walk around barefoot.
