The checkin was a little slow but we arrived at 3 and others too. The staff of the hotel and restaurant there all very pleasant. The rooms were dated but clean. The beds were comfortable; so important to me. If you are a hiker; it’s totally walkable to the center of downtown

Difficult to find office, poorly marked. Many buildings and rock formations in driveway. Asked for a room with traveling with a dog. Put in a second floor, dingy old converted motel room.
Dead Bugs in room, old smelly carpet, refrigerator was not cold enough to store dairy products.
I will never stay at a Best Western with this lack of quality control again/or any BW
