Stood one night on a road trip with our dogs which is why we picked this place. Boy is it in a seedy party of town. Lots of homeless walking around but they didnt bother us. the property also has a major security camera system at the front desk which was refreshing - but also alarming. they must know its a seedy area. Room was clean but nothing to write home about - outdated but it did the job for the journey to get to the Redwoods. They charge a deposit of $100 but we got it back right away. Overall - nothing to write home about, friendly staff, and you get what you pay for.

Love the recliner in the room. My room is quite even very close to the main street. Did not hear the traffic at all!! Air condition unit is not noisy. Thanks for leaving the floor fan in the room. I slept well due to white noise from the fan. I will surely return to this hotel when I come back to Eureka.

Overall slightly above average for Eureka area hotels. Economically Priced, Not a waste of money. Just be very independent and make your own plans for dinner and visiting Eureka Attractions because there’s nobody to provide that information for you. Just a dumb kiosk.

No housekeeping services even after 4 days of stay (expected just a change of towels/additional shampoo). Kiosk interactions poor. Area has a large homeless population and expect people shouting outside your window.
