This hotel has become my home away from home so it’s important to me that it’s safe clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t keep coming back if by it didn’t meet my standards I give it a 5 *

No usb charging ports in the rooms , toilet situated right next to breakfast eating area

The property was clean, all the modern amenities, the pool and hot tub were fantastic, the breakfast was hot with plenty of options and included but mostly it was the staff. They were so kind and the check in was so easy! I come to Eureka often and we'll be staying here again and again. Highly recommend!

The manager, Jessica, was awesome. She was very helpful and professional. She ran this hotel well.
The girl who ran the breakfast area was a hard worker. She kept things clean and well stocked. She never stopped moving.

We loved the pool, hot tub and free breakfast. Was bummed they don't have guest laundry.
I did not sleep well on the beds.
Overall, we would definitely go back. It fit our itinerary.

Very nice suite. The only thing that was lacking was good water pressure for the shower.
