"The room does not have floor mats as it is all ceramic so the room is always cold and there is no slipper or chairs furnished to sit on and the bath towel is very small and useless for taking a shower. "Location is great. Room is comfortable. Ideal for a family holiday. Only downside is the lift. There is only four lifts that service up to 42 levels. It is extremely busy in the morning and during check in and check out hours, so you will need to wait quite a while for it and also to get in and out. As it tends to stop at almost every other floor.
