I have to say it was very clean! But it was an expensive room that didn’t even have a coffee maker in the room. When I had problems with the toilet, they responded immediately. The staff was always very attentive.

The room was clean and staff was nice.
There were lots of small black bugs on the night tables and bathtub. I was not sure if they were fleas, but I’m sure they weren’t ants.

Overall the room was clean spacious,i would definitely stay here again .

Enjoyed our stay at the Downtown Inn—clean and comfortable beds, good price. The only thing is that the sink is kind of high and there’s no coffee maker in the room or coffee available. There is a Starbucks on the corner, though, so not a biggie to get your morning coffee before starting your day.

Owners / managers are very friendly and service is fast and efficient. This small hotel is a great find in Eugene. Despite the somewhat rough area / streets surrounding the hotel, it is quiet and safe.

Good room prices. Good quiet location walking distance to restaurants and bars. Nice clean rooms and bathrooms, and friendly service desk. There was some trash in the street across the way but beyond the control of the property.
