Room was adequate. Pillows flat even if you use 2. Towels were thinner and smaller than the Walmart towels I use to wash my dog. They were overall brown/dingy and stained. Shower curtain is not meant for the new curved shower curtain rods. Water goes everywhere and we had to use the pitiful towels just to wipe up the water from the floor so as not to get electrocuted by the hairdryer. The staff person did a good job putting the room together - you just don't provide a lot for her to work with. Breakfast was adequate - pretty decent choices for free/included in price of room. AC was good. Water pressure was good and plenty of hot water.

There were huge spider webs with the spiders covering the pool area. Bettles in the hallway. Lizards everywhere. Pool was ice cold and FILTHY. The sofa bed was an inch thick and covered in rust from the springs. No blankets on bed on sheets. Vending machines and elevator buttons were out of order. Havllf the locked doors that require key cards were open as the locks were broke. Top floor and our window opened fully with no screen. Breakfast was limited and flavorless.

We apologize for the bad experience you had at our hotel. The pool is not a heated pool and the door locks were not broken the doors were open because either housekeeping or maintenance were working in or on those rooms.

Lots of road noise from the hwy. The facilities need refreshing. Service for the Continental breakfast was great until the last day of my stay. Then, I saw a note that there where nobiscits and gravy and the egg pan was empty.
